How is a "seat" defined?
A seat is one active engineer who creates or edits geotechnical data. Read-only reviewers and clients do not need a seat — give them a portal account instead.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Studio and Firm plans include a 14-day trial of every feature, no card required. Solo is free forever for one project.
What does Atlaned Inference cost?
Studio includes 200 pages of legacy report import per month. Additional pages start at $40 per 1,000. Firm and Enterprise include unlimited Inference pages.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Do you support purchase orders and procurement?
Firm and Enterprise can pay by invoice with NET-30 terms. Enterprise includes procurement support, DPAs, and security questionnaires.
Is my data hosted in the EU?
Solo and Studio are hosted in the EU (Frankfurt) by default. Firm can choose between EU and UK regions. Enterprise has full data residency choice including US.
